Clean but bad service and really bad breakfast.
Fast check-in and the woman who welcomed us was nice and easy going. However, it is difficult to find the hostel. It is clean and has a minimalistic decor. The breakfast is really bad, you might get a croissant if you eat before the rest of the guests. Otherwise they served bread with Nutella and (once) during our 3 nights stay they had ham and cheddar cheese(!!). It’s not worth spending your money on breakfast here. They don’t even refill the small breakfast..... really disappointed. The check-out experience was awful. We asked if it was possible to leave the bags for a little while after check out and then they asked us to check out 1 1/2h before check out (at 10. 30), instead of 12.00!! The man said that he didn’t think it should be a problem for us to check out earlier and told us we could store the bags there for one hour more. I think it is such a bad service that they asked us to leave before check out when we have paid until 12.00. I would not recommend this to anyone that wants good service or a good breakfast.

Cortesia e disponibilità sono un punto di forza. L'ambiente è molto carino e confortevole e la posizione è strategica perché è vicino all'imbarco delle navi ed al tempo stesso non lontano dal centro che si raggiunge facilmente in pochi minuti a piedi. Siamo stati benissimo.

Ein Genuss zu bleiben
Eigentlich war nir eine Nacht in Palermo geplant. Leider mussten wir in dieser einen Nacht unsere kleine Tochter in Kinderkrankenhaus bringen, spontan durften wir weitere Nächte bleiben. Alles war super ordentlich und jeder von uns der nihr im Krankenhaus bleiben musste, hat den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

buon hotel.ATTENZIONE AL PARCHEGGIO NON COMPRESO
La struttura è in un palazzo in zona del porto. Personale gentilissimo, ambiente pulito, zona molto vicino al centro raggiungibile in 20' a piedi. Unico neo il parcheggio che figurava compreso nel prezzo invece la struttura non ne e' dotata e si appoggia ad un parcheggio esterno DA PAGARE A PARTE. (prezzo: 15€/gg) Quindi c'è stato un errore da parte di hotel . com a includere nel prezzo il parcheggio perché così non è. Chiederò il rimborso a hotel.com per i 15€ che ho dovuto spendere.

방3개우 B&B로 친절도는 좋음. 세면도구, 수근등 준비가 안되어 있어서 불편했음. 항구근처이며 도로옆이라 차랑소음이 많음. 차를 렌트할 경우 교외로 가기위한 교통은 편리한편임. 아침식사는 빵, 커피정로 간단히 나옴. 방은 크고 깨끗하나 어두운편이며 간판이나 찾을수 있는 표시가없어 집찾는데 어려움.
