Excellent hotel, helpful and friendly staff
What a lovely hotel. About a five minute walk from omarion station. The staff are so helpful and really kind. The rooms are good, very clean and all the toiletries are made with green tea. The tea tasting offered by the hotel is very good as well. We had breakfast as well which was very good, nice selection. The breakfast area and most of the hotel parts play relaxing music. Loved the view outside of the breakfast area as you can see normal people just going to work. Loved my stay would highly recommended.

New hotel, uncomfortable beds
This hotel is a little far from the main streets in a quieter area, the staff were very friendly, spoke great English, were helpful at all times. The breakfast included was small and light but still did the job. Everything was new, clean and nice, you could tell the place was recently built. I did request a later checkout time and they charged me $65/hour which I think is a bit exorbitant, that's basically 50% of the price of the actual room rate. The hotel is also quite a walk from any subway lines, at least 10 - 15 minutes. The beds in this room are also very hard and the pillows uncomfortable, this was my biggest issue.

Modern friendly hotel with very helpful staff
The hotel was well situated within easy reach of 3 train stations. The Tokyo tower and the Zozoji temple were walking distance around 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were small but very well designed. The bathroom was clean and was restocked every day with great toiletries. The area near the Simbashi train station had loads of eateries. The only problem was everything was in Japanese and hardly anyone spoke English and only a few had English menus. But we managed to find a few great places to have dinner. The breakfast in the hotel was very good with a lot of choice. Both veg and non veg. Very peaceful, quiet and enjoyable stay.

A truly nice hotel
It was a very pleasant stay, staff were extremely helpful. The breakfasts were better than expected, maybe they gave a bit too little eggs and bacon, however, they didn’t seem to mind that more food were taken.
