Recommended if you dont mind the small room
The hotel room was really small. We have two bunk beds for four of us. Hardly any space for moving around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Shopping all sround the hotel. Skyliner station is within walking distance.

Good 6.0
Room was small , cant even open the suitcase in the room.
Hoi Ting, hk1 night trip
Exceptional 10.0
The location is very convenient, <5 min walking distance to JR stations, Keisei skyliner and metro stations. The room is not large but I guess it's normal for Tokyo hotels - good enough if you don't have a lot of luggage. Service is good as expected, and you can leave the luggage at front desk. Spa is nice and clean. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

Excellent location and friendly service. We booked a room with a sofa bed. While the bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was quite hard. We asked for extra bedding to make it softer but was told no extra bedding was available.

Excellent location but 3 in a room with bunkbed is not comforting

Would not return.
For the price you could get a bigger, cleaner, and nicer room. The staff, however, were very professional, and very helpful.
