Queens County Inn & Suites

I've stayed in that hotel many times since it was originally constructed. Unfortunately, it is clearly going down. Not much of maintenance, less attractive breakfast options, rude and inattentive reception, doors with zero level noise protection … It is still in the great location to visit Manhattan and to reach JFK by E train, but clearly less value compare to what it used to be. There are much more options in that area now and I would rather stick with them.

Great hotel very friendly staff

Bed was large and very comfortable. The hot water in the shower did not work and the coffee maker in the room did not work

The room where I stood wasn’t clean, next door they were playing loud music since I check in at 8pm, at 2 in the morning I left because I couldn’t sleep with the loud music when I go downstairs to make a complain, no one was at the front desk, I had to stay somewhere else in another hotel. I came back in the morning at 10 and made a complain with the guy that was there and he told me there was nothing he could do, I ask him how they let ppl staying in a hotel playing music like this was a club and no one says anything, he just mention there was nothing they could do, I wish I could gotten my money back since I didn’t stay the reason I went back in the morning was to get my deposit.. never again bad experience

I rarely review places but this place made me really want to write one so that people don’t make the same mistake that I made. When I check in, the room that they gave me wasn’t ready. I feel like this place is understaffed. There’s no communication between the cleaning staff and the reception desk. So I had to go back down to request for another room. When I went back up the whole hallway smelled of cigarettes and weeds. The new room they gave me was relatively clean but there are still some stains in furnitures. The carpet also was not vacuum properly. Overall I didn’t have a good experience with this place and be sure to avoid it next time.

Room that was given at first was not ready when check in the second room also didn’t have clean sheets towels where still dirt looked like house keeping didn’t clean the room will not book this place agai

Filthy dirty falling apart hotel

It was me and my wife’s anniversary and we had hopes that everything will go smooth and it was the horrible, when we arrived the front desk did not have gloves or a mask on the windshield that separated us was filthy, he then says that all of the rooms with a jacuzzi were not available and we paid for that specific room! when we went to the elevator to proceed to the room after checking in the elevator had black stains on the floor, as if it wasn’t cleaned in weeks and the buttons appeared as If someone spat on the directory floor buttons wasn’t wiped, the worst part was when we got in the room the carpet was filthy the sheets had hairs, blood stains, food stains, the mini fridge wasn’t cleaned it had a drink in it that wasn’t ours the shelf was dirty, the bathroom didn’t have any toilet papers the sink was filthy the floor, the tub, the toilet were horrific, we went downstairs and told the front desk he then gave us another room and that one was worse!! We then Told the front desk again and says to contact you guys and I had to wait about one hour outside in the cold to then pay out of pocket for another hotel and get 50$ back which wasn’t what I paid for! We have videos to prove it!

There was a urine droplets on the toilet seat. Behind the dresser a pile of dust. But overall, it was suitable for one night. They've mentioned in the website that breckfast included but due to covid to breakfast.

Never again booking here, I took my girl out to have some fun but the entire hotel wrecks. Everywhere smelt like cigarettes, carpet stains, rooms are not clean, lobby dirty. I had to get my room changed 3 times cause he wouldn’t give me a refund. My girl and I had our fun n dipped, didn’t stay the overnight and left the hotel, would not recommend.
