I will not return to this hotel again.
A cold shower with bursts of hot water - horror. All the hotel spa facilities had no hot water. A dry and steamy savanna the size of a car trunk. There are no windows in the upper floors and deluxe rooms...makes sense?! I will not return to this hotel again.

Excellent hotel
That's the best hotel in Krakow. The breakfast is one of the best we experienced the service is great. The room is beautiful and comfortable The bed is very pampering, also the blanket and pillows. The window is a roof top, so no view, but its not disturbing me. In the bathroom the towels are great. There is a shower cap vanity kit. The shampoo, body soap, conditioner and body cream are in large containers fixed to the wall. So, there are not toothbrush or comb hair like in other 5 stars hotel. The Spa is so beautiful but i would prefer the swimming pool temperature to be Higher then now, for me it's cold. The jacuzzi is great and warm enough for me. That's my 3rd time in this hotel and it will be always recommended by me.

Perfect
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely with a large underfloor heated shower room. No noise from the busy street below either. Temperature controlled in the room which was comfortable even when -14 outside. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, safe etc all in the room too. Breakfast is available for €20 which is expensive for Poland. We gave it a try on day one and it was delicious with professional service. The spa is included and was a welcome retreat from the busy cold winter city to relax in.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. I was with my 2 sisters and we took the biggest room. The day we arrived the heating did not work and it was very cold at night during the days we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The cups with the coffee remained dirty and they were not washed, the trash can remained full and the garbage was not emptied. It was only on the last day that I complained that it was cleaned. The best thing about the hotel was its very convenient location
