Clean and cosy, 20 mins from Midtown.
Quiet, clean, well appointed room in the Financial District of Manhattan. 1 minutes walk from South Ferry subway station and the Staten Island ferry. Within easy reach of Wall Street, Battery Park Ferries, and the World Trade Center. Located near the pubs of Stone Street, and the highly rated Dead Rabbit. The room itself was a cosy retreat from the busy streets of Midtown, and was cleaned every day. Unless you're paying for a sea view, you'll be looking at office blocks.

The room was a bit small but adequate. The place was clean which I am grateful for however, someone forgot to restock the soap. I always carry a bar of soap with my workout gear otherwise I would’ve been furious! I know mistakes happen but the less interaction the better in my book. Which brings me to my final point, the tv. They said Spectrum had some issues which happens I understand but if you’re spending the money and the television doesn’t work.. more fury. I had to call and switch rooms. Minor inconvenience but remedied after repacking everything up and moving on up to another floor. Also worth noting, I happened to stay during the curfew in NYC so the entrance was all covered in plywood for fear of damage to the exterior glass. Why do they even make glass exteriors anyway? I digress.

Nice room, great shower. Overall very good. If I have two complaints it's that the hotel bar is tiny and secondly and more importantly I could hear street noise on my 22nd floor room that I don't pick up at other hotels. For where the conference was this was a great location.

Our room was clean and the service from the front desk staff was great. Put flight out was later and they held our bags so we could explore NYC longer without dragging our stuff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were all nice, polite and very helpful. The kitchen staff in the restaurant were a little unorganized during breakfast time but food was excellent. I will be staying here again. I really like this hotel....

Very nice hotel
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located near the subway and there were many things to do in the area. The Smithsonian museum of Native American History was around the corner as well as South St Seaport. The breakfast was delicious but under staffed. The tables were not cleaned off and there was no where to sit. The staff was running around trying to accommodate everyone’s needs but they were short staffed. There were food items that were empty and needed refilling. We didn’t have silverware and I noticed that the omelette chef had to come out and clean tables. There needs to be improvements made in the dining room breakfast area.

great place shotty construction
the stay was awesome however the shower door only opened one way and the door didnt close all the way cause the wall was crooked. so when you took a shower the door would roll open letting the water out on the floor. not only that since the one side was solid when you turned the water on to adjust the temp would would get sprayed and wett. so when you shower make sure you are undressed before you turn the water on and adjust it after getting undressed.
