Great new trendy hotel, with an awesome location!
I was very happy to stay at this hotel, because the location is great, right on the JBR beach and near the beach walk with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is new, very nicely decorated, it even smells nice. The rooms are beautiful, loooved the big bathroom, the breakfast offer was really big and various, sometimes the service a bit slow with the coffee orders, but nothing that would really bother me, since we were on vacation after all. We even got a room upgrade, which was so welcome and nice of the front-desk stuff, I feel so appreciated when somebody gives me something extra, even though they do not have to. The pool and beach are great, pool bars as well, the food in all of the hotel restaurants is just great. I definitely would recommend this hotel further!

Fantastic new hotel on JBR, great decor and extremely friendly staff who made our stay special. The breakfast buffet is an absolute feast :) We also visited the natureland spa for treatments and would highly recommend it. The hotel also had some excellent entertainment for guests in the lobby at night. Only drawback was the Azure pool area which isn't run by the hotel, service is slow, disorganised and rude at times. Overall, would definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful hotel
Rixos is amazing. Couldn't recommend it more. We spent 4 nights there on the end of our honeymoon and it was a blast. Friendly staff, great rooms, and they upgraded us for our honeymoon which was very nice of them. Location is great, pool is beautiful and beach is nice as well.

If you're visiting for work, don't stay here.
Not a hotel that knows how to accommodate business guests as well as vacationers. Weird service where the staff were clearly not communicating with one another. Had several different people calling my room, or even coming to my room, clarifying details of a room change. Party hotel. Not enough sockets in the room. Hair dryer didn't work.
