Lovely hotel and location, but...
This hotel is in a great location. Members of staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are specious and comfortable . Massive well done to the cleaning service every day. They were doing brilliant job . Breakfast selection was good and plenty to choose from for different nations . Negatives: pillows very hard and difficult to sleep on .I would expect much better quality of pillows from such a nice hotel , so it was bit disappointing. I ended up sleeping on decorative cushion , as it was far more comfortable . Another negative was bad lighting - both in the room and bathroom . Not enough light if you would need to work in the room . Also difficult to do a make up in the bathroom, due to poor lights around the mirrors. Overall , very nice hotel and I would stay again . Just the two negatives in my opinion, which hopefully can be addressed.

A beautiful hotel to stay in, value for your stay
A very beautiful and pleasant hotel that definitely added to our Budapest stay with brand new, spotless clean premises and a nice decoration touch. A lovely sauna, a tasteful breakfast buffet and the nice and friendly staff that gives loads of info regarding sightseeing etc. enhance the experience. A 5-10 min walk to local means of transport and 10 mins walk from the airport bus stop. There’s a supermarket around the corner and a few nice cafés, bars and restaurants if you don’t want to go further out. But still very near the actual city centre. It is highly recommended!!!

Very nice hotel. Comfy beds, spacious room, very nice staff. Very nice lobby, bar, and breakfast area. Raday utca with tons of great restaurants is only a block away. Everything is in great condition. My only complaint would be that I was hot but I could not adjust the heating. I guess I could have opened the window. Parking is available in the same building, which is super convenient.

Lovely Hotel
Chose the hotel by friends recommending it. I have Mobility issues and I couldn't get about easily. Your staff were so nice and supportive to me. The location was fine we had a driver booked for our 4 night stay. She took us to genuine Hungarian Restaurants. Had we been better informed about your hotel I'm sure your staff would have done the same and of course we could have used Bolt Taxis. Everything was great thanks. We would hope to use your chain again. A big thank you to all your staff. I was surprised you didn't offer lunch or dinner
