Everything about our weekend family stay was great accept we couldn't figure out how to order movies on the tv. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable.

Unhapp with this hotel
The room was not very clean (stains on the carpet and couch, food splatter on the wall by the bed, and dust on the lamps). The pull out bed was so uncomfortable that kid chose to just sleep on the couch as is and the breakfast was not very good either. The pool did not look very clean.

Nice stay but needs a little attention
Wry comfortable room and evening. Nice welcome but not overwhelming welcoming. Not bad just could be taught to greet people a bit better. Disappointed in the breakfast although their is Covid certainly higher end properties could do better. Plenty of parking. Grout needs to be cleaned better or replaced in shower. Spots on carpet but understand it was probably cleaned but permanent.
