The location is convenient, the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. All the foods served at breakfast buffet are warm only not hot.

Modern, efficient, accessible with Handy handset!
Loved our stay here. We stayed in a Loft Room with view of Skytree. Very close to Oshiage metro station and for 600Yen per 24 hours could get around the city. The roof bar would be lovely but was closed because of COVID19. The godsend was the Handy handset which you could take out for Google Maps, internet and free international cals to 10 major countries including U.K. WiFi is good and staff lovely. Breakfast was fine, scaled down due to COVID19. Room had fridge and supermarket with deli nearby. You can walk to the Skytree and Sumida Bridge. Perfect stay if not for the pandemic and even then hotel super clean and loaded with hand sanitizer. Would definitely go back.

Little hotel room feels big!
Really had an excellent stay, we were in the double room. While it was small, it functions really well! I reccomend everyone to put their suitcases under the bed when you are not using it and to take advantage of the the chromecast inbuilt into the tvs to watch netflix on at night!

Good 6.0
Although the design and the decor of the hotel looks hip and cool, we didn’t really enjoy our two nights there. As soon as we entered the room, we found the toilet reek very strong pee smell. After informing the staff, they were nice enough to switch a room for us, however, the new room still smelt. We asked for a king bed room and we stayed in one the first night. However, when we returned to the room for the second night, the “king bed” was separated into two twin beds without anyone from the hotel telling us why. The bed was not really made and all the decorative pillows not placed back on the bed. What’s even more questionable? We found the two throws of the beds in our luggage... what?! The cleaning staff must not know the hotel enough to think it’s our belongings... I do not recommend staying in this hotel. Too much needs to be improved.

relatively new hotel but...
relatively new hotel but slightly far from tube station and quite far from city centre. the hotel is comfortable but you have nothing much to play in the neighbourhood except the skytree. Quite silent at night, be careful when you travel late. Most hotel rooms got no bath tub, so if you would like to have a hot bath after a day's trip, this hotel may not be a suitable choice. Staff very friendly and helpful with good English

Second time staying at this gem of a hotel
I stayed at One @ Tokyo last year for 10 days for a workshop as it's very nearby and I won't stay in Airbnb's. Came back again this year and was happy to find it in the same great condition. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. The neighbourhood is more suburban than staying in say Shinjuku or Shibuya but the trains at Skytree can take you anywhere real quick. A short walk to Asakusa as well. Wonderful restaurants nearby and good value. Much more local feel than staying downtown. I will continue staying at this terrific hotel.

Sometimes you get lucky
We picked ONE@Tokyo by perchance. And were so glad we did. So much so that when our plans changed towards the end of our five week trip to Japan we chose to end our time back where we started and booked ONE@Tokyo a second time. They remembered us and gave us a discount on a room upgrade from what we had booked at he room was perfect (loft with king bed) as was the overall service, the front desk people (who helped with many restaurant reservations) and the lobby cafe provided a welcome and tasty break when we did not feel like wrestling with Tokyo's travel times to go out for dinner.

Loved One@Tokyo
We booked two rooms for our family stay. We loved the location, it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of inner Tokyo. Close to train stations. Loved the modern styling of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had one of our most memorable meals at the restaurant! Food was amazing!

Convenient location and very helpful staff . Would be better if there is bath tub. There is weird smell of the bathroom when we return to the room at night . Smells like somebody pissed inside the bathroom before.
