Absolutely Shamefully disgusting
I do not recommend staying here at all.Reception full of dust. Stained ceilings. The hallways stink of stale. carpets all stained in hallways and in the rooms. window holding on by one hinge? bathroom was dusty and not clean. the level of cleanliness in this place is disgusting. Nothing was clean not even the walls or sheets. Burn marks everywhere. BED BUGS ALL OVER THE BED. Blood stains on sheets and pillows. We got back late due to our flight so we was too tired to ask for a new room. When we did ask for a new room i explained why we needed a new room, the receptionist said there was nothing we can do. That just goes to show they dont care at all. I did not see a cleaner at all the The new room was exactly the same if not worse. Absolute waste of money and have the cheek to charge £95 a night. They need to be shut down. Will never be coming back again!!!

DO NOT BOOK!
The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever booked. Toilet had faeces in it, bins weren’t empty, there were bed bugs, beds weren’t changed. Didn’t even stay in the hotel and had it booked for 3 nights. Booked a new hotel that same night and left. Asked for a refund and still haven’t received anything.

Bed bugs hotel AMSTERDAM
The room that was giveb to us upon check-in was bed bugs infested. I got bites in the foot, legs, stomach, arms, and neck. I complained to the receptionist who don't speak even very little english about the problem and his face was blank , no clue of what I am saying. I showed him pictures and videos of the bed bugs crawling on the bedsheet ,bedcover, and pillows .He gave another room but likewise it has the same problem. Me and wife checked out early morning because it is too much anxiety , me and my wife had itches all over our bodies. We have stayed in so many hotels since the 1980's and I haven't experienced such pain and itch , anxiety, and deppression, disappointment.
