Personal mal educado, regadera con fallas y habitacion un tanto sucia. Se entiende que no es un hotel gran turismo pero si se pueden mejorar muchas cosas

No respetaron mi reserva
Al llegar al hotel no respetaron mi reserva y Expedia no pudo resolver y aún con ello, ambos se lavan las manos y a mi me cobraron la habitación sin quedarme en ella. No es la 1ra vez q Expedia hace eso
