The hotel was new and modern so the guestroom was clean and the check in was quick. Eventhough the hotel was out of the city centre, it was accessible by a tram ride costing Euro 2.60 one way or Euro 7 for a day ticket. Plenty of parking spaces. The only negative thing about the room was the paper cups for drinking coffee. Otherwise, the hotel was a great hotel for visiting Heidelberg. Highly recommended.

Hotel comfortable and staff very friendly. Breakfast a little expensive but plentiful and great quality and choice. On a very busy road and we had a room overlooking this. Room very well soundproofed but would have liked to have window open a little.

Many issues at this “newer” hotel.
For a newer hotel it had no USB outlets. It was noisy and there are no phones in the room. The room was stuffy and opening a window made room even more noisy with street traffic. The mattress was HARD as a sheet of plywood and we had to park 1/4+ miles away because their parking lot was full. After complaining in the morning they just said, “sorry” and would have left it that. We demanded a partial refund or some other form of compensation for miserable nights sleep and they gave us a free breakfast.
