Clean rooms and good location
Service varies. Rooms are clean but small. They have free food throughout the day except breakfast times. It is within walking distance to a few train stations.

No value for the price
The rooms were extremely small. 168 feet to be exact. It says there is a restaurant and bar; however, the restaurant is open at breakfast and you cannot order what you want. The bar is open from 7-9 and the choice is wine and beer and then it shut down.

The room is clean and comfortable. It is free to use the lounge with various drink and snack. Location is good, it takes 10 minutes to Ginza shopping area and Tokyo station by walk.

great hotel.
The hotel is very easy to get to, with 3 train stations or subways within easy walking distance. We even got a direct train from Narita airport to one of them. We followed the hotels directions and literally came out the exist to see the hotel. The staff were friendly and whilst their English wasn’t fluent, it was certainly more than enough to be understood and help with anything we needed. The breakfast is a mix of traditional Japanese with some western there also. They also do happy hour everyday with free wine, which was a lovely touch. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel also. Please don’t expect large rooms. But it had a double bed (pushed up against the wall), a private bathroom and even PJ’s to use whilst there. The location is brilliant. Right on the edge of Ginza and only about a 7min walk to Tokyo station. About 10 mins to the Imperial Gardens. Just perfect for us.

excellent location, about 1700 Yen from Tokyo station / Keisei bus stop to Narita / by taxi, you can also walk about 15-20minutes, that ia what we did late night when we arrived, but with luggage it is better to take a cab. Very small but well organized room, bathroom decent size,No closet space, but room with double bed is still comfortable. A few steps from Takaracho and Kyobashi metro station. Just 5 minutes walk to Ginza, the only issue i had the hotel has no currency exchange and the staff was sending us to a bank but it was a holiday /3january/ and it was closed. I really needed the yen to buy my bus ticket next morning at the bus station to Narita, finally we found an ATM. Hotel has all kinds of little bites through the day and vine during happy hour, Very nice staff, helpful. Perfect for first time visitors like us.

Solo stay for a night
I stay here for one night, and overall the stay was pleasant. There is free coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby area. The location is very convenient as well, within walking distance to Ginza.
