We really enjoyed staying here for our recent trip to Japan. It was perfect for us and the staff was wonderful and helpful!

Very Good 8.0
Big hotel room with balcony
I chose the big hotel room with balcony type, the balcony was big overlooking the road of asakusa. You can chill there. There is also a bath tub for you to have a hot bath after a day's trip. The location was close to various attractions but pretty far from the metro station, if you are only having a small suitcase, it's not a problem, but if you are taking a few luggages, you may find it a hassel. Also there is no water kettle in the room, those who prefer to drink hot water every day may have to bring your own kettle.

Good 6.0
Comfortable but cleanliness was a downside
We stayed at the standard room B for 5 nights. Overall the room was comfortable and liveable, but a few things we felt were quite important in an hotel were lacking - layers of dust found in the cups and room corners, bath towels were sometimes tattered with holes, amenities such as in-room water boiler was not available alnd the lack of blackout curtains meant it was difficult to sleep past 7am with the strong sunlight streaming into the room.

We loved our stay!
This was a wonderful hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful and professional. The location central to a few different stations. Rooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable.

Great experience, good value
Loved the neighborhood, it was quiet and the room got nice light, very comfortable, nice amenities, also nice to meet the General Manager at breakfast on our last day.
