Good hotel not great.
The room wasn’t prepared for a guest. No room service menu (or QR code during these pandemic times), no TV remote and no hot water. We had to call the reception to get all these things fixed. Other than that, comfortable bed, nice ocean view and good food. Pool was closed due to the pandemic.

For the price hotel is good. A half open bag of mantecadas was left in one of the kitchenet drawers. Cleaning personal should check for that.

A lonely place to visit
It was a bit of a confusing place. I don't think the hotel is really set-up to accept guests who are on vacation. They did not have any alcoholic beverages and were very confused when we asked for something to be charged to our room. It seems that mostly workers from the oil industry stay there and they cater directly to them. We were were traveling through on our vacation to a wedding in Campeche. There really isn't anything to do in this town. Most of the things there were empty. There was a definitely a sad feeling in this town.
