Aurea Fátima Hotel Congress & Spa

Brand new hotel, so everything v.clean and new. Room and bathroom v.comfortable, but not much room to put anything, so shelves or drawers in the bedroom and not many sockets for a new hotel. Breakfast was v.v.poor for a four star hotel, v.little choice and no variation day to day. The parking was a strange set up. You had to just find a spot for your car when you went in to check in, as there was no access to the car park without getting the barrier raised and there was no set down area. After that you had to beep your horn everytime you came in or out, in order to get someone to raise the barrier. And the undeground car oark only had one entrance in and out, even though it was three floors of a spiral downward entrance. Would not like to have met another car in the tught turns!! And they closed the door into the underground while we there one of the days, even though it was during the day. Had to park the car on the uphill spiral, to go to get the door/gate open!!!

Excellent service.. we stayed for B&B, foods great.. just few minutes walk to the church and bus stations is just next to Aurea..

We only spent one night in Fatima and I was blown away by the staff at this hotel. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms were great. Spacious, clean and very new. But the staff were the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel! Everyone was so kind and helpful. It is a great place to stay. And it was extremely reasonably priced. We loved our stay here.

Excellent customer service. Very spacious and clean triple room though the 3rd bed looks more like a sofa bed. Delicious portuguese tarts served during breakfast. Consistent hot water shower. Walking distance to Fatima sanctuary and Hotel just next to the bus station.

Everything was perfect. I strongly recommand to stay here.
