Authentic and friendly
Friendly and welcoming pub with good beer and excellent food. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and a great view. This is a village I knew from childhood and it has retained its character and authenticity.

This hotel is quirky, but excellent in its own inibitable style! 3 miles of narrow country lanes brings you out eventually to this hidden village of Powerstock. Lovely food (evening meal and breakfasts). Great locally sourced products. Bedroom (room 2) was excellent. Very well furnished and quality bedding. Tea and coffee facilities were good ( but rooms not normally serviced). One blocked sink, but apart from that the hosts were very friendly indeed. Eating areas are rustic. If you like this type of getaway at a reasonable price then this place is worth seeking out.

Warm welcome, extremely nice room very comfortable king size bed. Comfortable 2 seater sofa and Sky TV. Wonderful views and quiet surroundings. One improvement I would suggest better quality shower gel/shampoo, Faith in Nature are extremely good. Breakfasts were cooked to perfection exactly as requested. Would book the pub again but be warned, narrow lanes to get there.

The room was comfortable and spacious with lovely views across the fields. The welcome was warm and personal and the pub was friendly. The food was great with a varied menu . The location was quiet and peaceful.

Beer garden views and comfy stay
We had a lovely stay at the Three Horseshoes Inn. We arrived on a Friday evening to a beer garden full of both guests and locals and beautiful views down the valley with the sun setting. We were shown to our room which was beautifully decorated and very comfy. Excellent en-suite bathroom too. We had our own key so we could come and go at our leisure during our stay. We ate dinner in the beer garden and the food was delicious and there was an excellent selection on the menu, as well local beers too. Breakfast had a choice of local produce for us to enjoy, at the very reasonable time of 8.30am, before heading off to our friends wedding.
