Customer service in 2019
There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived. There was a note on the desk that they were away assisting other customers. Then someone appeared. She was rude. There is a sign where you park that you are parking there at your own risk. I asked if the parking was secure and she answered "uh huh" without looking up. The room was great.

Parking not included
Was disappointed that I had to pay for parking. I picked this location because it was close to where I was going and I wanted to avoid parking fees. Then when arrived they advised it was 20 per night to park.

Clean, spacious, comfy.
A bit of noise from the neighbors (loud talking/laughing late at night). Since checkin was second floor rather than the first, the parking lot was uncovered, and it was raining both on checkin and checkout. The clerk was super nice and the space was huge. I would have liked a Keurig, though!

Poor management
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. When we first arrived we waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help us. When we finally checked in they assigned us a room that upon entering we discovered it had not been cleaned yet. We immediately went back to the front desk where we were then asked to sit and wait another 20 mins until the room was cleaned. Upon checking out, I noticed they charged me for the full night even though I had pre-paid through Hotels.com. The person at the desk advised me that they did not know how to remove the charge and that they would have to ask a manager when the next time they were available which never happened. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with Hotels.com because hotel management cannot figure it out. Overall this hotel has major management issues and I would not recommend anyone stay here.
