This is a wonderful property in a perfect Lisbon location. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional with us and that makes the entire stay worth it. In particular, Antonio and Sara went above and beyond -- and thanks to their service, we plan to return this year again, and going forward after that. The only real room for for improvement is in the monitoring of the email address and responding to guest emails requesting things. We sent 2-4 emails like that, and none of them were ever returned. :-o
