Not so good is an understatement, these guys are dirty, the rooms are a state of disrepair, bed bugs ready available when you need them , and accomodates housing new Zealand so drugs deals and domestics going on 24 hours , how they got a 3 star rating is beyond me ... Hotel.com if you keep these guys on here they should be listed as a back packers and no more. I felt unsafe the whole time. Ridiculous

Its got to be the worst experience I have had at any place. I checked in late so unfortunately at 10pm I didn’t have many options to check in to any other hotel. But this place was dated, a broken fan was on the ground that couldn’t stand or work. The bed sheets weren’t washed, candle burn mark on them, blood stain on it, hair on it. Dip in the bed. It was so disgusting that we didn’t even want to sit on it, let alone sleep. The glasses were not clean, one had lip mark on them. The bathroom toilet had toilet paper in it and wasn’t flushed. The rubbish bin was rusting so much. I travel a bit so I was so so disappointed in this room. Would not ever recommend. A back packers might be better.

The room was very tired, bins and lamps has surface rust. The reception was closed all day and when we rang just after 6pm to advice them the TV wasn’t working they stated reception was closed for the day. The service really was sloppy.

It's Close to town, Cheap - I see why... I am not a fussy person and not one to complain, however, I need to leave this review because left feeling I would rather stay in a hut in the bush than another night here. Our first room was dirty, they kindly upgraded our room, however, second room was not much better! Just overall cleaning and upkeep was not ok at all. Finding hair in the bed, old rubbish under the bed, stains on and around the bed, table surfaces sticky, toilet seat not even attached properly...the list goes on. We kept washing our hands because of hoe filthy we were feeling. Reception - Gave us a 15 minute heads up at 3:00pm on when we were to arrive. We had to wait a further 15 minutes before we saw anyone, we then were ignored as the phone was more important. I had to pay a $100 bond fbefore keys were handed over this was room inspection (which was never looked at, waist of time) and was told to call at 9:00am the following morning to get it back when checkout was 10. That following morning I phoned at 9:00 till 9:15 (4 times), no answer. Then walked down to reception and was told to go back at 10:00am. Soon after 9:30 there was knock on the door where we were hurried along and rushed out of our room, went down to reception where I stood another 15 minutes because again the phone and the computer came first. No refund was offered or cheaper rate Just overall customer service bad, cleaning and upkeep disgusting, worst experience with a motel I have ever had!

Cant complain
Very central location. Cleanliness ok but very rusty rubbish bin in the toilet. The bedspread a little tinged with we dont know what. No Clear Instructions of what was expected from guest i.e. -that we have to empty bin out. Cant complain for its location and price to be honest..

The room was not overly clean, curtains looked mouldy, room smelt musty, towel rung on the bathroom door fell off, bed covers had marks on them. Was tempted to check under beds to see how dirty it was but refrained from doing so. Was difficult to contact staff for checkin. They were not there in person and everything had to be done over the phone.

Hated our accommodation. Poor service. We turned up after 4 hours travel to a closed reception. So many things went wrong. The reception area was dirty. Carpet looked as though it hasnt been vacuumed for a while. Overgrown weeds. We ended up booking another hotel. Absolutely shocking experience. Paid 300.00 in advance and even though we told Manager? We definitely gojng to another hotel, she has the audacity to take out the remaining balance a couple days later. I'm absolutely pissed and will be demanding payment back. I'm here for my daughters major heart surgery and the last thing we needed was added stress. I will be copying my complaint to other parties. Please see my previous responses to your email.
