We went for the race sol y arena. The night of the race I asked the owner to lower the music and he refuse to do that. It was already 9pm and we ran 10k on the beach we wanted to rest. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The room was terrible the toilet not working the bathroom bad. Terrible hotel.

The up keeping and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is just terrible. There’s hard water in the shower floor, the shower head was dirty with no shampoo or soap in the dispenser. The hotel also generates a lot of noise due to an event room on the second floor until late at night.

Property is NOTHING like the photo. We booked a king lovely suite. Beautiful in the web photo. On arrival, they have no such thing. We’re offered a room with 5 twin beds. Then another with a double bed (box and mattress on the floor). Walked away. Are trying to get a refund. Beware that what is on the website is not the reality.

This is similar to a motel vibe.. our first room was a suite.. it had no towels and moldy showers.. we moved to a smaller room that was cleaner.. the sheets were hard and I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was good and they had fresh omelettes and empanadas.
