Péssima! O all inclusive parece esmola.. temos que mendigar p encher o copo..cerveja litrão da pior qualidade tudo muito simples e precário pelo preço. Não se preocupam em momento algum com o hóspede.. chegamos um pouco mais cedo e tivemos q pagar para almoçar (caro! Almoço simplório), padrão 1 Estrela com preço de 4. Apartamento com mobiliário antigo . No banheiro não tem porta sabonete ….. não recomendo .

Atendimento a desajar da recepcao. Aguardei 20 min ao lado do balcão para ser chamado para receber as chaves, euquanto, chamava pessoas aleatorias que nao estavam no lobby e ignoravam descaradamente a minha presenca no balcão. Simplesmente, chamaram umas 8 pessoas, sendo que eu era a unica pessoa com filho de colo na recepcao aguardandoas chaves. Apos, demonstrar indignacao por estar com crianca de colo, a recepcionista resolvei pegar meu cartao que ja estava pronto na mesa. No mais, falta de informação quanto a vobrança de uma taxa de R$ 100,00por pessoa para quem chegar antes do horario do check-in. Condições razoáveis diante do preço cobrado e quase identico de hoteis com uma estrutura e atendimento bem melhor na mesma cidade. De todos os hotéis all inclusive visitado na cidade nesta viagem, o hotel deixou muito a desejar.
