Gemütliches Riad in Mitten Marrakeschs. Die "Anfahrt" des Hostels ist nicht leicht ersichtlich. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Handtücher vorhanden, jedoch keinen Föhn. WiFi funktioniert nicht immer gut. Dachterrasse sehr schön.

It is a lovely place. Exactly like on the pictures. There is a very chilling roof terrace. The staff is great. Rashed is a perfect host. In the evenings we had a great diner with tanjins bread fruits etc.. cooked by himself . Cheaper and better than somewhere in a restaurant. It was a great stay. I would definitely come back.

It was ok
Staff was very very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The only issue is that our room was in the ground floor, next to the sofa's area. And it was very very noisy. The room has to windows directly to this area. We can hear everyone talking, and the music as well. The other rooms won't have this issue, as they were in the other floors. One really bad thing, one night when we got back to the hotel, there was a guest smoking in the sofa's area (indoor). This should not be allowed. Smoking in closed areas is just not right. I would stay again in this hotel, but I would ask for another room, not the one in the ground floor. The room, aside from the noise, was ok.

Sheets are dirty
Well, the night I arrived, the guy at the reception said there was no room or electricity in the room I booked (which was a private room) and so I had to spend one night in a room with 5 more people. The bed sheets were so dirty, smelly, filled with dust, and I was completely uncomfortable because I wasn’t prepared to share a room.i had big luggage and the room is tiny. The day after, I found out there were GUESTS in the room I was supposed to stay. Why didn’t he tell me the truth? Also, he said he would give the money back (because the shared room is cheaper) and that never happened. The bathroom is so dirty, the beds are old and uncomfortable, and everything just smells bad. I’ve stayed in many hostels all over the globe and this one was an awful experience. I got allergic reactions because the sheets were just so dirty. I don’t think they ever get washed. The decor is beautiful that is true, but that’s about it. I am a woman traveling by my own and I would always get scared to go back at night. Although they say is not dangerous, the way to get to the hostel is just really scary!!! I would never stay there again. I don’t understand why it has so many good reviews. If you have rhinitis or sinusitis, stay away from that place.
