I use a lot Nirvana before but this time was full of homeless people and people was smoking and listening to laud music all night ... i guess wasn't the same pleasant experience a had in my pass stays.

Bad quality.
Room smelled like pure smoke, stale cigarettes. Customer service rep gave us trouble. Room floor was oily very slippery almost slimy. Room was almost disgusting. The room seemed barely cleaned almost as if the room service came and just made the bed from the previous room renters. Bad experience.
