Das erste und letzte mal bei Fortuna!
Empfang war sehr freundlich und Check-In ging sehr schnell. Die sauberkeit des Zimmers war grenzenswert. Ich war nur froh mein eigenes Kopfkissenbezug und meine eigenen Hand- und Badetücher dabei zu haben. Badezimmer musste ich vor dem benutzen erst mal selber putzen. Was mich ziemlich verärgert hat war, dass an meinem Check-Out Tag um 8 Uhr Morgens jemand zum putzen in mein Zimmer reingeplatzt ist und sich garnicht dafür entschuldigt hat. Das schlimmste war aber das diese Person mich von einem Abstand weniger als 1 m und ohne Maske mich angesprochen hat. Es muss doch wohl klar sein dass Gäste in ihren eigenen Zimmern keine Masken tragen, aber mitarbeiter die die Gäste ansprechen sollten umbedingt welche tragen! Gerade wenn man so reingeplatzt kommt... Ich fand es einfach sehr unhöflich und unprofessionel. Das restliche Personal war sonst ganz nett. Wer allerdings viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gibt, sollte sich lieber eine andere Bleibe suchen. Die Lage war sehr gut, mann kommt zu Fuß ganz gut in die Innenstadt.

호텔이 상당히 낡았음 크게 좋은것도 없는데 주차비용을 받고 방 상태 화장실등 상당히 별로임 특히 샤워부스가 너무너무 작음
