Absolutley disappointing! THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IF MY LIFE! I’d rather spend a night with Clive Palmer then ever stay here again! From the start the receptionist was rude! 4 of us sitting around a table having some drinks playing board games we hear a knock on the door... the receptionist/ caretaker told us to stop moving the chairs because it’s too loud.. as she lives in the bottom floor apartment. in which I responded ‘so we shouldn’t use the chairs in the room that are provided because they are loud’ and she responded with yes. ‘So I guess we will just sit on the floor of the room we paid for then?’ In which she responded that’s better. And stood outside out door watching through the window for at least 5 minutes! I was super uncomfortable, as you can’t shut the blinds which I’m sure is against some sort of privacy law! She was rude and judgemental! The room itself is nice; we did not get any towels though which was lovely to find out at 2am! No wash cloth to wash the dishes that the care taker demanded was done before we left!

Unfortunately I feel Bativa apartment show good rate but they take insignificant things off your bond - this has happened two times I have stayed there. Took $40 off bond as towel and bath mat were dirty. They should always completely wash these things for the next guest and there is no washing machine in the apartment so what are you suppose to do - not use the towels and bath mat!! This is completely unacceptable. The previous time I stayed there they try take bond off cause were dishes not washed - I went back and washed them and finally that time they gave bond back. I pay money to stay at this apartment and I am sure they use any excuse to take extra money off my bond that I pay when checking in. Can you please look into this

Absolutely not recommend at all it’s a scam place they pull all sort of crap out trying to hold deposit and are down rite rude conplain about a bit off dirt on a towel try to charge $20 dollars to replace ...advice look eles where as you will be very disappointed there

Was nice and clean and staff were lovely. However had troublesome guests staying above who should have been evicted for their disgusting behaviour

This place is too noisy, directly next to a major road. It should have noise protection windows like near airports. TV reception was bad too. Would never pay the full price for this apartment. Good neighbourhood

Always welcoming. Always clean. Always great value for money. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

Clean and tidy place to stay for a night or two. Seems as though there are a few permanent characters staying at the place who didn’t make the place feel great.

Good location for access to hospital. Great having a ground floor room.

Good location and kitchen was an added bonus . Was nice to have a balcony and view was really good

Firstly they only clean once every 7 days then after i left they tried to charge me for taking something that i only replaced in the cupboard where i found it. When they went back and looked a bit harder and found it i was not given any apology or had they even rung me. They only sent a message saying they were taking money out for my deposit. It wasn’t until I threatened legal action that they decided to reimburse me. I will never stay there again.
