One night booking made for a business trip. Prior to arrival I was contacted by hotel to ask why I hadn't shown up the previous day - I explained my booking was only for 1 night not 2 and had been paid in advance on Hotels.com. Upon arrival I was taken to a single room - my reservation confirmation clearly shows I booked a double room. At check out they also tried to charge me for a 2 night stay. In addition please see images of the hotel room which was really dated and not clean with a massive hole in the wall. Neither I or any of my colleagues will book this hotel again when in Stornoway. AVOID!!!!

On a main street in Stornoway, this hotel is close to various eating areas and has a good restaurant in the hotel. My room was large and comfortable. The hotel, however, is a bit overpriced!
