How is this not a 4-star hotel!
Incredible property; convenient 1.5 short blocks from Chiyoda subway line, great nearby restaurants and the Akasaka area has overall balance of class, character, modern urban, safe, and a nearby shrine. Firm bed, which I like. The only draw back was the tilt window opened only an inch, enough to see a drab brown facing wall a few feet away. Tinted glass let you know it was night or day, but that is it. Ammenities were good, hairdryer and fridge but no microwave. Oh and USB’s galore! Cool artistic vibe as others have noted. Free public bath on top floor is icing on the cake. How this isn’t a 4-star hotel is beyond me! I think when they open their restaurant it will be, but then sadly price will go up. So for now, great value; the best hotel I’ve stayed at in three trips to Tokyo.

Pros: Friendly staff, very comfortable beds, clean building and rooms, central location in Tokyo, good wifi, and excellent spa. Cons: Small rooms, no sunlight through room window as its to a very small gap between buildings. Overall the pros outweighed the cons for me and it was a very comfortable stay.

We booked the Felice as a last minute alternative to another hotel we checked in to but did not like and are glad we moved. The room was lovely but small (I realise rooms in Tokyo tend to be pretty small unless you splash out on a deluxe room), the staff were friendly and it was a good location on a quiet street but close to the metro. There wasn’t a lot of space in the room for 2 people with luggage but this would be perfect as an overnighter or a business trip

Comfortable and convenient
The hotel is in the middle of action in the district of Akasaka. But the hotel was quiet and the hot spa on the top floor is very comforting though not so big.
