Love the location, love the hotel!
This hotel location is always a favorite with all the shops and restos in the area. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Just enough for 2 people but tight since we have 3 large suitcases. The station is a short walk away.

new but really small room
At a decent location with many dining options. Room is pretty really small with merely no window. The face wash sink is OUTSIDE of the restroom, which is weird and inconvenient. The only good thing about this hotel I could remember is the public hot spa with sauna.

Nicely located super clean hotel, early breakfast
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We had a lot of luggage so we’re glad of the extra space in the disabled room. The spa was a nice surprise which was beautifully kept and a pleasure to use. Coin op washer dryer was helpful. Our only gripe was the extreme inflexibility of the breakfast. It was advertised as ending at 10am and we were told “last orders” were at 9.30. In practice this meant the closed sign being put on the door at 9.30 and no new food being brought out. On one day we could barely get in the dining room as it was so busy and at weekends this was unnecessarily early.

Impressive Hotel in Akasaka
Great service from front desk and cleaning staff. Top notch communication as they were able to speak many languages for different guests. Beds were comfortable and pillows came in soft down and hard types (2 per bed). Blankets were very fluffy and fresh throughout our stay (changed 3 times / 7 night stay). Toiletries were changed every night and the spa upstairs was a nice feature to relax every night.

3 day Tokyo visit
Wonderful stay was surprisingly unexpected. The location, the cleanliness and the courtesy & helpfulness of the staff were a big plus. The room was small but since we were out the whole day we were not inconvenienced. For 2 people it is ok but it will be hard for 3.
