Nah..
The beds are really hard and all the sinks are clogged in the washroom. Some days they forget to leave clean towels and there is nowhere to fill your water bottle.

The best in Tokyo
I stayed for two nights. Before that, I stayed for two nights at Tokyo Ekimae Bay Hotel, a similarky nice capsule hotel but this one, is obviously thr best. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. It also provides you locks for your large luggage and a locable space in your cabin.

pretty good, but could of been better.
The room was clean, as were the facilities, and the location was good as well. Service was slightly above average by global standards, but having been to Japan multiple times, by Japanese standards, I felt that it was average. I didn't really feel welcomed, by the concierge when I came, felt more like going through the motions of his job. I do realize that was probably my personal experience. I did think there wasn't enough air circulation in the pods/rooms. Often my room was a lot warmer than the hallways.

Not for light sleepers
The locker drawers in each cabin make it more convenient than your typical capsule hotel. However, I quickly realised this was also the source of my sleepless nights. There were a lot of 1-night guests staying around my cabin, and almost all checked-in past 10 pm and left before 8 am. There was non-stop banging of the screen doors, slamming and opening of the locker drawers, and loud rolling of suitcases (at 3 am for over 30 minutes!). It was terrible. In short, if you are a light sleeper, I would rather you stayed in a proper hotel room or an actual capsule hotel, where suitcases are kept in a SEPARATE locker room outside of the sleeping quarters. Given the situation, it would have been a better experience if the hotel had placed me in a cabin with other longer-stay guests instead of surrounding me with 1-night guests. Or perhaps a complaint or rating system could be made so that guests could raise this issue sooner? And that the hotel could know, in the future, which guests are a bigger nuisance to others.

Stayed in the first class cabin and it was very nice. It’s much bigger than your standard capsule hotel. It’s like a small room. Even the regular rooms are bigger than most capsules. The bathrooms are nice. There are only two showers though, and they’re not on every floor. The pillows are also very hard. Otherwise, was very impressed and happy with my stay.

Cosy and Functional Hostel near Tokyo Station
Hard to locate initially. However, it is close to 2 metro/toei line stations and about 15 min walk from Tokyo station. Not much entertainment or food places nearby; nearest venue for good variety is the Tsujiki market located just few stations away. Family mart is nearby so convenient to get simple breakfast/snacks/drinks. Room wise, first class cabin is spacious enough to pack a 28" luggage and store within the cabin. However, there is no noise insulation so ear plugs are essential for a good sleep. Air condition is fine - the strength can be adjusted. Cabin air is dry but humidifier is available for use. Cabin light dimmer is also available. Pillow is soft but the mattress is fairly hard is acceptable for me. the shutter doors can't be locked but there is a locker to store valuable stuff. There is only a common bathroom for shower/bathing for guys and another for ladies; both located on different floors accessible by only the security cards. However, toilets are located on all floors for convenience. The bathroom is very clean and equipped with shampoo, shower foams, conditioners, ear buds, shaver etc. Level 2 is the common lounge where you could do some work, make phone calls and have your food. All in all, an impressive stay and great hospitality rendered by the customer service.
