Simple but good
This is not the first time my wife and I have stayed in a university residence but it was the best. It is not for long term stays but for a single night it worked well.

Reasonable for the price
Everything was fine but the room was hot, dusty, and musty. We were also logged out of the wifi half way through.

Love it!
The check in wasn’t easy to find because we didn’t know where to go (maybe it was writen in the comfirmation email and we didnt see it) but the room was spacy. Quiet place to stay. Loved the variety of free breakfast!

Very Good 8.0
Basic, but convenient and clean.
This is a great place to stay in the summer if your are looking for an inexpensive alternative to hotels. It is a university dorm, so be prepared to share the washroom facilities, which are no co-ed, down the hall with other guests. This was a bit inconvenient during the night, but not a major problem. The room was very basic-it is a student dorm-but it was comfortable and very clean. A complimentary, continental breakfast was available in a separate building. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning. In Atlantic Canada this is usually not an issue. However, this summer has been unusually hot with very warm nights; so sleeping in the heat was not the most comfortable experience. Overall, I will likely stay here again when all I need is a place to lay my head for the night. It is convenient to downtown Halifax. Parking was a bit of an issue, but it is not an insurmountable problem.
