Fantastic location city centre in the artist quarters

Great location and staff with daughter who spoke excellent English. Only issue was loud street noise in Saturday night when we had to get up early and closing windows and doors did not help because there was family talking and arguing right under the back windows. But with earplugs we could eventually fall asleep. Very clean and efficient for a B&B

Your in a living working part of the town so expect the narrow street outside to be lightly trafficked. The rooftop with loungers was a real gem of a surprise and so quiet and rarely used. Thankfully, a cooling down shower is available for those toasty hot days. If your a fan of flat white coffee with your breakfast, be sure to ask fkor a carlo special.

Great place to stay. Ideally located and very welcoming staff.

The hotel is comfortable and in a good location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, also a Carrefour supermarket opposite the Garribaldi gardens. Breakfast uninspiring but adequate. Our room was a good size with large bathroom and fantastic shower. The only downside was arriving in the afternoon and finding the place locked. Stefano operates a self check in sometimes and emails you the door entry code. This is fine if you have internet access whilst traveling, but we didn't so couldn't access the information. Fortunately the problem was solved by a telephone call - but only after we'd waited 20 minutes in the hope someone would turn up. But overall this place is good value for money and in a pleasant neighbourhood.

Lovely little b and b situated in the old town, great location for sightseeing. Excellent staff, very helpful, even gave us a key after we had checked out so we could leave our luggage and collect it later as check in was not manned when we wanted to leave.

Excellent location for a visit to Palermo. The building could use some upgrades. Breakfast is OK, nothing special for Italian standards.

We stayed in a ground floor room which was great for our heavy bags. There is no elevator. The breakfast was great--meats, 3 fruits, 4 breads, 3 coffee types--and plenty of seating. Breakfast is on the ground floor. There is a terrace on the roof. The hotel was an easy walk to the bus/train station, to all of the important churches, to the Mossimo Theater, and to several street markets. Location was great for our 7 days in Palermo with hundreds of eating choices withing 6 blocks. There was a TV in the room, a stocked refrigerator, but no in room kettle or coffee. The ground floor room had no street noise. There were multiple pillows but only two pillow cases. The air conditioner worked quickly. There was daily maid service in the room. Wi-fi was a bit tricky in the room--there were two or three good places to sit to get the wi-fi.
