Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. The hot water ran out after 1.5 showers even though the booking was for 6 people. The 'continental breakfast' was moldy bread, warm milk(due to the fridge being left open upon our arrival), corn flakes, and instant coffee. It did have a washer/dryer but that was filled with wet/smelly towels so we couldn't use it. The location is convienent due to the 20 minute walk to a busy night seen. The apartment is relatively new and the furnishings were nice. The underground 1 designated parking spot was also convenient. Overall I might stay there again but with completely different expectations and I would definitely not count on a smooth check-in and an edible breakfast.
