Great room for the price I paid. Staff is always friendly and smiling. They alwaus greet you with a smile too. Location is goos. Just 2 mins walk to Padma beach and 5 mins drive to Seminyak. Pool is nice and shallow overlooking the beach. However, the walls might be pretty thin. I had a neighbous come over 2 times to ask me ti talk softer when we werent even talkong loudly.

Ive requested a refund due to Covid restrictions not allowing us to travel from Western Australia Expedia won’t help Rama gardens won’t refund either. I’d really like a refund We were going for a wedding but it’s obviously cancelled. Paid for pre-Covid and I didn’t want to cancel but It’s out of my control. All I want is a refund as it hasn’t cost the hotel anything for our not being there. Please, someone from rama gardens or Expedia can you help with this situation. Thanks. Andrew.
