The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately the staff were very bad, not helpful at all. Worse service ever. We ordered food to the room at 1 am and till 4 am it did not come. I told the man at reception i will never come back here, his reply was ‘I hope you never come back’ i don’t recommend this hotel to any one going to como. Pay little more and go to villa d’este.

Great location and very friendly staff. Was even offered an upgrade. The only improvement I would say is service during breakfast where I felt that the staff was overwhelmed.
The staff were amazing. From checkout to breakfast to dinner. Extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming. We had a car and it’s costs €23 a night to park and be safe. There are options around this area for free parking after 1900 until 0800 if you can find one. Our family room was at the front on the first floor. Extremely impressive. Nothing but praise. We had nibbles at the bar which was great. Breakfast was tremendous. Very delicious with lots and lots of options. Amenities - spa with swimming pool, gym is 24/7, the terrace is a must see. Fantastic views of lake como. That’s very very special.
Very nice hotel with all you need as luxury trip in Como ! we loved it very much Delux room has all you need specially bathroom is just WOW! The view on rooftop is amazing ! breakfast is very fresh and tasty. Staff are vey helpful and we wanted to thank specially to LAURA & ALLONSSO at reception and amazing DAVIDE at bar ! We recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Como
Rude staff, loud late night music, hard to get drinking water, not hilton standards. Shame as it decorated beautifully
Pleasant staff and beautifully decorated. The main issues I had was the excessive overpricing, absolutely everything had an extortionate price tag, I am not a cheapskate by any means but I left this hotel feeling completely ripped off, you should not book this hotel if you are on a budget or are sensible in not wanting to waste your money I.e. a Fanta by the pool costs 6 euro. The other issue was the inability to sit at the roof terrace or restaurant for a drink or for food in the evening as it was booked up every night, I have never experienced a hotel that couldn’t cater to its guests other than room service (which took an hour for 3 drinks). 26 euro per night to park your car, 25 euro to hire an umbrella (But refundable). The only reason I would recommend this hotel is because it looks nice.
Since this hotel left us with somewhat different opinions, i'll sum this up: 6/10 points total 2 points for superb reception workers. Great support, suggestions, tips on nearby locations and help/friendliness. On behalf of our party of 4 i want to thank reception for outstanding work 2 points for nice, cozy and comfortable room 2 points from absolutely astonishing view from rooftop terrace. The one thing that made us choose this hotel totally paid off. Downside: 1) In the evenings in rooftop terrace restaurant they throw 'parties' with really loud music.And even great sound insulation in room doesn't help, you can hear it through windows. 2/5 nights of our stay music was intensly loud well over 23 o clock. Tried calling reception once and they promised to ask them to lower it down, but never happened. 2) houskeeping kept moving our stuff around the room and one day during cleaning poured water in my wife's toiletries, ruining some. 3) service on rooftop terrace. It's non-existant. Sometimes you have to ask 2-3 times before they bring your order. And sometimes it comes mixed up. At some times never comes at all. 4) Service during breakfast. First 3 mornings we observed how random people argue with staff because they didn't get their hot order or had to wait for 30+ mins. On fourth it happened to us. On fifth - to our friends. Probably because of extra measures due to COVID, but still - 24 EUR per pax for breakfast calls for better service.
