Lovely weekend and great staff.
Had a fantastic weekend, arrived early and staff were happy for us to leave our bags whilst we went for a walk. Staff were attentive, pleasant and engaging. Had breakfast and an evening meal which was excellent, one again the staff were great. Would happily return.

Lovely
Lovely hotel, massive room (I think we were upgraded as the hotel was quiet), very comfy and large bed. Breakfast pretty nice, good to have some choice for different dietary requirements. Just a note about the car parking - it says it's included but gives absolutely no information on Hotels.com or on the hotel's own website about how you get to the car park. Turns out that's because you're supposed to pull into a little layby and someone from the hotel will check if there's space in their own parking facilities and take the car away from you to do so. That also means it's not guaranteed, which is disappointing when it claims to be "included". After driving around frustratedly trying to figure out how to park we had to phone the hotel for instructions - so would give a friendly suggestion that the hotel website / Hotels.com has that information included somewhere so you know before you arrive. In the end we decided to just park elsewhere as we were coming and going quite a lot and didn't want the hassle of valet parking every time we wanted to leave / return - we were lucky as it's out of season we were able to find street parking pretty close by.
