I didn't like the bathroom. But the room generally is comfortable. Hotel is located in a perfect place. They have free coffee, tea, water in the lobby all the time. And very nice park

Great hotel, great location, good size room for myself, bathroom clean as was the room. Staff were very friendly and offered advice on where to eat etc. Huge breakfast selection that was very good! Would stay here again!

Really lovely historic hotel in the center of Baden Baden. Rooms were very large sized and so were the bathrooms, everything was clean and the amenities including mineral water were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Be aware that parking can be a bit of an issue, especially if you arrive later in the evening - not untypical of any hotel in a historic city center.

Great Location- right in the city centre, very close to the Thermal Baths & Casino. The staff at Reception was very warm & service oriented. We were 4 couples in 4 rooms- everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Stay at this fab hotel

Place to stay in Baden Baden
This is an excellent hotel to use if you are in Baden Baden, it is centrally situated, has a great breakfast has parking and the staff are helpful and courteous. The building is beautiful and the gardens at the back are what make it so special.

The family room is facing interiors of the hotel and no view at all, so would advise people not to book family room. The service of the staff was excellent. The hotel though could not provide for more than one fan in the super hot summer. Is it very expensive to own/buy fans in Germany?
