The staff were so cheerful and helpful. They truly seemed to want all their guests to have a wonderful stay. The food was also excellent.
The cleaning crew was truly professional and service oriented. Jodie and Sharon were excellent bartenders and actually seemed happy to be doing what they were doing for you.
Loved the property. So quiet and relaxing. Staff so accommodating and friendly.
Wyndham resorts usually are excellent & highly rated unfortunately our resort in Grand Cayman was the opposite. The reviews were high& photos just beautiful.. very misleading. We were on our honeymoon & had a room that was totally outdated with a shower curtain that was falling apart& a soap dish in shower that was rotted& falling off the wall..Food was just ok - staff however were attentive & friendly..Disappointing to say the least& a horrible concierge who wouldn’t even assist us in printing boarding passes upon our anticipated departure. Try another resort might be the best bet!
Great ocean view rooms. Very quiet location. Lots of like minded individuals. Wonderful staff and great food and drinks by all of the bartenders and servers. We had a great time. It can be a little windy and the beach is a little hard to get into other than that it’s a great location for a quiet Caribbean geeaway.
This is a beautiful well managed resort. It is clean, the staff is great the food is very good and the beach is lovely and calm. A very relaxing place.
Overall, it was a comfortable 7 day stay for an all inclusive plan. We wished we had known up front that there was another all inclusive plan that was more inclusive but we made due with the original plan. The meals were hit or miss some very tasty and warm while other warm ones (that were supposed to be warm) were served cold and not very tasty. I didn’t get the sense that getting the more inclusive plan would’ve changed this. Employees were also hit or miss. Very few with warm personalities while many weren’t. Now, there’s nothing anyone can do about the weather But this time if year is extraordinarily windy, unable to swim in the beach unless your Phelps. The beach was so rocky it made it unbearable to walk in and out of the water without bruising a toe. After a couple of attempts we succumbed to cooling off by the strong winds. All in all we made the best of it. We definitely got a lot of rest and relaxation. However, for the price we’ve stayed at better qualitative resorts.
Good food with all inclusive. Nice beach and bar. Staff was friendly
Food and staff were great! Room was nice and clean also.
The staff were amazingly friendly. The resort is quiet and secluded which is exactly what we wanted for this trip. The all-inclusive package was a great deal and the food was superb. I wish I could’ve told the chef myself. We were pleased with every dish. It’s not the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been too, but it was lovely enough and not crowded. If you want to do all the touristy things, this resort is a good 45min to 1 hour drive from all that (seven mile beach, stingrays, etc). The shuttle to the hotel was $190 round trip. We rented a jet ski for 45min for $105 as a couple ($80 for single riders). The resort has fun themed dinners and some free activities as well (crafts, bingo, dance lessons, games, dvds). We loved it so much we bought a timeshare here. The only negative was the first two days we had noisy neighbors that kept slamming their door and speaking loud on the patio.
