Exceptional 10.0
Good central place to crash
Exceptionally clean capsule hotel. Great central place to crash and explore Shinjuku and other areas of Tokyo

9h Shinjuku
First time in a capsule hotel and loved it. The place was spotlessly clean with a futuristic feel. The lounge on the 8th floor had a great view of Shinjuku - perhaps could have done with a tea and coffee Station or usb outlets if I’m being hyper critical (bring your converter as in the pods, there is only a conventional power outlet) Pod itself was large enough with comfy bedding. Unsurprisingly you can hear those around you so ear plugs might be a thing to bring! Plenty of shower and toilet amenities so no queuing, even in the morning rush - and you get pjs, slippers, towel and a toothbrush kit as part of the package. Winning.

I enjoyed my 9 hours
The staff were very friendly, the facilities were emaculatly clean and the pods were comfy and big enough to hold me (6ft3). The location is brilliant with lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a short walk to kabukicho where there is plenty of bars and clubs to enjoy i.e. robot restaurant.

Very Good 8.0
It’s in a great location. The staff are kind. It’s very clean. But checking in and out every day is not always fun.
Tammi, kr3 night trip
Very Good 8.0
Great for a night or 2
Very satisfied with my stay. Just a suggestion ... A sound proofing technology inside the capsule to absorb the snores would totally seal the deal.
