Would stay here each and every time!
So lovely to stay here right in the center of Dublin just a few minutes walk to the spire on o’connell St. You wouldn’t even notice the noise of the trains sounds like quiet air con! So clean and well presented the service from the staff was lovely too

Great hotel - but right next to the train line
The hotel itself was great. The only slight problem was the noise from the trains passing by at the side of the hotel - our room was on the train line side of the building.

Fantastic hotel
Enjoyed a fantastic break in this hotel. The location was so good as it was so close to the train station and luas line and a ten minute walk to O'Connell Street. The room was lovely and modern and very clean. We loved the smart technology in the room! We booked a club room and had access to the suite upstairs where you could get free tea, coffee, water and biscuits at any time. It was a lovely area to relax in. It was a fantastic hotel to stay in and we would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay central in Dublin!

Not premium at all, except the price.
Some of the rooms are located next to the trainline. The window of the room looks at the track and at least 1 or 2 trains are passing by in every ten minutes, which makes sleeping very hard. The other side of the hotel is okay, not noisy at all. The breakfast was nothing special, not even good but very expensive, it was more like a scam since the price on the website and the TV channel that gives you information about the hotel advertises a cheaper price than that you have to pay. The staff was not helpful more like unhelpful in some cases, not always polite although they try to seem to be a premium hotel (it is not). The second room (quite one) had a broken tap for the shower, the hair dryer made a strange noise and used it lower speed to make sure it does not blow up on me, and there were other not that significant problems that anybody could live with...

The hotel is not as good as it aspires to be
The room is very good - spacious, excellent bed and pillows, there are sockets in all the useful places, lighting is well placed. But this is where the good news end. It's as if an A-team built and equipped the hotel, and then left a B-team behind to run it. The service is meh, everyone just looks confused (apart from Colin, he was OK). The breakfast is very, very poor, and they trick you into buying it upfront for the rest of your stay. Every time in the empty restaurant the two of us were directed to the smallest table possible. The concierge not only wouldn't say good morning, but he didn't even respond when I tried first. You see empty plates in the corridor from someone's room service, and they are still there hours later - never a good look. Oh, and if your room faces the station - it's noisy.
