During our trip, we stayed at two different extended stay hotels, for the first time. The first one was extended stay America. Second was Home2. By comparison, Home2 was fantastic from every point of view, including the professional staff, pool, exercise facility, breakfast, kitchenette, laundry facilities, lobby, external grills and fire pit. Extended-stay care was below par.

I expected more from here, the front desk lady was nice, but the room wasn’t as clean as I’ve seen at other Home 2 suites. We were up all night because of the heat not working, cutting on and off. Pull out coach had stains all over it.

We stayed 7 nights and each and every staff member we encountered were just AMAZING.. so very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and the atmosphere was inviting. Our room was spotless and it was so nice to have a full fridge available. We also loved the patio and fire pit!! Although we didn’t have the chance to use them we toured the workout area and pool... both were nice. We’d most certainly stay again if we were in the area.

My room is filthy. I have looked at 3 different rooms. And there has been hair on the beds and floors. My toliet was dirty. And home2 suites said since we booked through you all we can't get anything discounted
