Exceptional
Simple and cheery base for a short stay
Clean, comfortable, modern no-frills hotel. Centrally located. Perfect for a short solo trip. The cleaning staff were super helpful in storing my suitcase on checkout day.

Very Good
Neat, small spot in old Georgetown
The room should have a blackout shade. It was very light at night, which made sleeping difficult. The room was clean and well laid out, despite being small. The mattress should also be updated -- it is starting to sag.

Think “IKEA” hotel. Small but highly efficient
Location was AMAZING! Close to everything by foot. The street is under construction. Just had to walk to M street to catch rides when needed. Very small, European style, but surprisingly efficient. Two of us settled in quite well. Very new and clean. No front desk. Automated check in. Quick response by phone when I hit a snag. Pricey but I would definitely book again.

Exceptional
Cozy, small and quaint
It was the perfect spot for our trip! A friend of ours got married at Sequoia and was in walking distance. The stay was comfortable for the most part - small and quaint, but expected in a historic Georgetown building. Loved the privacy, always felt safe. Only gripe was the bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but more than likely perfect for others.

Fair
Dangerous Room
We were booked in Room 8. The bed is on a loft reached by steep steps. There is a small sign saying to watch your head. It is not possible for someone over 5’4” to stand upright in more than half the room. The person sleeping on the side of the bed under the low ceiling is in danger of striking their head getting into and out of bed. Left there with a mild concussion.
