Good hotel in the middle of the Shinjuku.
Nice hotel at the walking distance from shinjuku railwaystation. Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable bed but had to ask for thicker pillows. Little small room and no space for two big lagguages but room was nice and had air conditioning and fridge.

A bit smaller than expected and pillows were not the most comfortable but amenities were generous and it was very clean and I appreciated the service each day. For the price I think it’s fair.

The bathroom has a very strong mildew smell, there’s no air flow and the humidity from the shower never dries. The pillows were like two pieces of cardboard.

The room was rather warm and the only way we could cool it down was to open the window. It only opened a crack and opened into a busy street. The smoking floors were above us, and from time to time we could smell the smoke. Some surfaces were quite dusty. The room was cute and the bathroom felt like a bathroom on a futuristic spaceship - which we liked.

Unfriendly
Front desk trainees could not work the digital checkin system and it took a half;f hour. They insisted that I pay for leaving 20 minutes after Noon after paying extra for arriving 15 minutes early.
