It’s my second stay with Amari JB. The first time round I was really impressed with the services, the hotel amenities and facilities of the hotel. It wasn’t a difficult decision this time round as to which hotel I chose this for my trip to JB.

Everything was ok. Except for the room I was given have ants around the tables and window. The lady that was at the Amaya Restaurant for breakfast on 23/2/20 wasn’t good at all. First got a wrong room number from what i told them and when im leaving i smiled and thank them but being ignored and they are just talking away with other colleagues. This is disappointing. Overall check in & check out was smooth and good customer service!
