Super friendly staff. Great area! Everything was great!
Gorgeous decor, clean and perfect location to everything near square.
there was no shampoo on the shower and bad communication among the receptionists
It's near the main square and yet it's quiet. There is no noisy music near by at night. The staffs are very friendly. I had a 4AM tour pickup, and they prepared a sandwich breakfast for me. They allowed me to store luggage there for two days after I checked out. The attached restaurant is amazing, you've got to experience it.
Amazing service and beautiful room! Strategically located too! Would recommend .
I'd say the worse is the bathroom with no exhaust vent or window. If you do #2 you will have the smell for a while... and everywhere. Not cool. You know the typical cheap hotels from Cusco, if you open the bathroom door too much, it will lock and you need to go to the front desk to ask to open. It was not super clean and the bottom of the tub is shaped to sit inside but it is hard to stand on it. The room's windows towards the patio can be noisy if you want to rest a little more. No amenities at all. Well, I guess you get what you pay for... Oh, the location is really good!
This place was unique and eventually grew on me. No hot water really, and the faux Renaissance design was interesting to say the least. It hosted Chicha, a restaurant by Gaston Acurio. Hot coca tea was always available. I sat on the corner of my bed and it fell off the frame, but otherwise it was comfortable and the staff fixed it immediately. They held our luggage for us while we were in Machu Picchu. Great location. Was it worth the price? I'd have to compare. In the long run, we liked it. Peru lacks infrastructure overall do we had to lower our expectations.
Excellent service. Pretty close to Plaza de Armas.
