Pleasant stay in UNIZO Inn
I had a pleasant stay at the UNIZO Inn Tokyo Kandadki-West. It is very conveniently located, just 4 minutes walk from Kanda Station West Exit. You go through the West Exit shopping street filled with many restaurants and it is easy to find the hotel. Kanda Station is only one stop away from Tokyo Station which makes sight-seeing simple and easy. The room and facilities are clean and there is a coin laundry (2 sets of washer and dryer) which you can use with a small fee. The staff members there are helpful too. I would recommend this hotel if you are not looking for fancy and luxurious hotel accommodation.

Bad Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi connection was not good in my room, I had to go down to the lobby to get connected. My parents stayed in a separate room and theirs was even worse. Even after connecting in the lobby, their mobiles lost connection after they went back to the room. Not too sure whether it was because they were staying in a corner room. But other than Wi-Fi, the hotel facilities were as described.

Simple, Comfortable, Convenient
I stayed in a single room for 3 nights. I have been traveling to Japan for so many times. For a hotel in Japan, the room size is considerably spacious compare to other hotels I have been staying at in Japan. The location is about 5 minute walk to Kanda station. There are restaurants, izakaya, convenient stores nearby and the area is quiet. The bed, pillow, duvet were comfortable. Room temperature was just right. The wifi connection was stable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I like the environment friendly program they offer. If you do not wish to change the linens, they will give bottled water, and not to worry they still change the bathmat, clear the rubbish and make your bed. One thing that they could consider to improve is the breakfast menu. The breakfast buffet choice could be more vary as they serve the same menu everyday. However, I really love the tea selections. Overall, I am satisfied staying in this hotel and will come back in the future.

Pretty Nice
Fairly clean room- except old bent explanation card, stained questionnaire and a suspect coffee cup. The room itself was clean, just small cheap replaceable things that were overlooked just brought down the feeling a little. Everything else was nice. Only real complaint is I don’t like having to use my key card for the elevator. Makes it feel tedious and unwelcoming. But still a 4/5 and a decent price.

Great staff and modern building.
Excellent staff and service. Came here from my home in Osaka to visit friends. The area is nice but at night I was approached by many women and men in suits. It's really close to Tokyo station with the Yamanote and Ginza metro line within 5 minutes walking distance. The room was very clean however the inner door and under the bed was extremely dusty. I'd recommend it to anyone as it's a great price for the products you get. I'd definitely stay at one of Unizo's hotels/inns the next time I travel in Japan. The staff are super nice and helpful.
