Awesome location, clean rooms, only thing is the patio is very narrow, only 2 people can sit out there comfortably. Also Expedia should make it more clear that this is a timeshare resort. Meaning there is a no daily service to make up your room (you can call for more towels or soap) Other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Victoria visit
The first apartment we were given was horrible, right beside the pool and spa. The noise was constant and unbearable. Mercifully, we were allowed to move to a unit on the other side of the building, and it was very nice. The staff were excellent, professional and helpful.

Nice Condo Style Living near Fisherman's Warf
Overall it was a very nice stay for w adults and 2 kids on a vacation to downtown Victoria. Location is nice near fisherman's warf. Walking distance to parliament and empress. Rooms are very comfortable. The year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub were nice. The only bummer is pay for WiFi.
