We Enjoyed our 3 night-stay.
Really enjoyed this hotel stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, the restaurant food was really good (with the exception of the sausage pizza which is really just a cheese pizza with hotdogs on it). The location is great. Parking is convenient and free with parking validation at the hotel. The washroom sink being in the main room with no division from the sleeping area was a little odd, but it worked out ok. Beds were comfy, showers have rainfall showerhead and good heat for the water. The pool was heated and the kiddie pool is a real plus for families. We would stay here again.

I liked the location of the property however, the staff was very unhelpful, and it took me over an hour to get into my room since the keys were not working and all they could do is make up excuses.

Great hotel, location is meh.
Great service and comfort in the hotel. You really have to walk a lot to get to the beach and it is lonely and full of waves, we preferred to take an Uber every time to Playa los muertos. The shopping mall is ok, but since you're travelling and you want a different experience from your day to day nothing like staying near the Malecon or the Zona Romantica.

The property is very clean. However, the restaurant doesn't much variety- SAME FOOD. They're coffee wasn’t that good. They should have a small fridge and microwave. The people are very nice and friendly.
