Great for place for families!
We were upgraded to a 2 Bedroom Condo from a junior suite. That was awesome! However, just like previous reviews, the condo wasn't 100% clean. I did find hair strands everywhere and the kitchen appliances were not clean (i.e. kettle had hard water bits, coffee machine is stained, microwave wasn't wiped down). We didn't complain as it was not a huge issue. Also, the pool was quite busy even with COVID restrictions. We wanted to swim every day during our stay but only chose to go once. There is a pool attendant but she stays outside the pool area so it's not monitored (i.e. max 6 people in hot tub was not followed). Without COVID it's an awesome family pool!

This hotel is subpar. When I arrived the room was not super clean. The bathroom was the main concern. No restaurant in house. Pool was located in opposite hotel. They charged me $200 damage deposit I have not received back yet. I left on Sunday 18. All other hotels I stayed at offered return of funds included with check out. Hallways are outdated. Would not return.

The pool was amazing and all staff we encountered were extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite. The location of the resort is great, and there is a restaurant on site.

Good price!
The facility was very nice and clean and new! Nicely decorated and set up with good services. But, we had a problem with the TV and I did not care for the policy of needing to authorize $200 for incidentals. That's not my usual experience with Inns and Hotels.
