      Expensive parking/Nice Hotel

      The hotel itself was very nice. It was convenient for what my plans were. Parking is very expensive and one of the cars in my party, was damaged by valet. Overall, it was a nice stay.

      Awesome location and stay

      It was amazing after the a nine minute trip from west side of chicago turn into 1hour and 45 minute drive to go to a concert diretly across the street. At the end of the day, I really enjoyed myself and this is not my last stat at this hotel at all. U guys Rock thank u.

      Good choice next to McCormick Place

      Beautiful property with comfortable, quiet, sunlit and well-appointed rooms adjacent to the convention center. Requested housekeeping twice and on neither day did it happen - even after inquiring with the front desk after the first miss. Hopefully the housekeeping team will get its act together as we transition out of the pandemic.

      Sorry can go a long way. Never staying here again.

      Checked in Saturday, verified that it was a 2 night stay. On Sunday after returning from the game our cards wouldn’t work the elevator, come to find out we were checked out and minutes away from having our stuff thrown out of the room. After them finding their error is all they could say was oh. No apology was given for them making a mistake. An “I’m sorry” goes a long way in my opinion. Just glad we decided to go back to the hotel before going out to eat.

      Never again

      Valet stood there -4 attendants wouldnt take the car cause it was raining just turned around when we approached them. There’s aresort fee upon arrival. No silver member comp, had to ask for the complimentary water. Front desk was snide when they noticed we booked third party. No cot in room as requested and asked via phone in advance to say we would check in late. Toilet broken, tried three different phones they wouldn’t answer, waited 45 min on cell after calling main Hilton line to get maintenance they said 5 min for repair. We waited by pool, had to cancel plans due to non working toilet, 3 hours later still not fixed. Called for room service, gave us third party. Hotel does Not deliver to room, I had to go to lobby. Had I known that I would’ve ordered from better restaurant. Food was cold and rubbery. Paid extra for Uber to deliver Starbucks to room as my child was sleeping, they wouldnt let driver up. Went to lobby to pick up my “room service”. Had I known they couldnt come to room I would’ve paid the extra as there’s lobby Starbucks. It was soooo bad we left a day early. They didn’t care and when I let front desk know she just went oh well your receipt will come via third party. No validation on parking “we don’t have parking besides valet” I told them valet wouldn’t take the car, she shrugged and said goodbye. We are often in Chicago and NEVER have we ever experienced such bad service.
